Support our short-term rental business remotely and ensure happy guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Manage guest communication across all platforms
  • Handle bookings and calendar management
  • Coordinate check-ins, check-outs & cleaning schedules
  • Update listings and pricing across platforms
  • Advertise and promote properties on social media
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

  • Honest, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Experience in customer service & social media management
  • Quick to learn new systems and tools
  • Positive attitude, good vibes & self-motivated
  • Previous short-term rental or hospitality experience is a plus
