JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit professional property photos and videos.
- Create reels, short-form videos, graphics and other digital content.
- Manage visual content for social media, websites and property platforms.
- Develop creative campaigns and new content ideas.
- Produce media packs, presentations and visual assets for the sales team.
- Support drone photography, virtual tours and premium property shoots.
- Cover corporate events and produce photography and highlight videos.
- Maintain consistent brand standards across all visual content.
- Track content performance, engagement, reach and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing and digital content creation.
- Strong skills in graphic design and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels and other digital platforms.
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit and deliver polished content.
- Creative, innovative and up to date with visual and social media trends.
- Experience in real estate, property, lifestyle or luxury brands is an added advantage.
- Drone photography/videography experience is desirable.
