Background
The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.
We are currently seeking creative, strategic, and digitally-native volunteers to join our Social Media Team.
Role Overview
The Social Media Team is the "Global Window" into IHF. Your mission is to manage our presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You turn raw updates from our centers into powerful narratives that inspire followers to become donors, volunteers, and advocates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Design and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories that showcase our children's progress and volunteer impact.
- Community Management: Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and active global community.
- Analytics & Strategy: Track engagement metrics to identify what content resonates best with our audience and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all posts reflect IHF’s "Culture of Leadership" and adhere to our strict child protection and privacy policies.
- Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on brand voice, content tools (like Canva), and social media etiquette.
Ideal Candidate:
- Creative flair with a strong "visual eye" for design and storytelling.
- Excellent written communication skills (ability to write catchy, professional captions).
- Proficient in social media management tools and graphic design platforms.
- Up-to-date with current digital trends and platform algorithms.
- Interested in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or Graphic Design.
