Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years restaurant or hotel service experience, preferably in a resort or fine dining environment.

Computer Literate with proficiency in POS systems, digital ordering, and billing workflows.

Ability to work long or irregular hours including weekends and public holidays.

Strong communication and organizational ability.
