JOB DETAILS:
VACANCY: WORKSHOP MANAGER – AUTOMOTIVE GARAGE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to oversee operations in a busy automotive garage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, leading technical teams and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure optimal workflow management
2. Supervise and lead a team of technicians to achieve performance targets
3. Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of vehicles
4. Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction
5. Monitor job progress and allocate tasks effectively
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a busy workshop
3. Strong understanding of workshop workflow management
4. Proven leadership, supervisory, and technical team management skills
