About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters and Waitresses to join our team at Sunset Paradise Restaurant.
Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, your duties will include:
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serving food and beverages to guests.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Diploma in F&B Service.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
