Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our Food & Beverage team in a five-star hotel environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and high-quality food and beverage service while maintaining the highest standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up tables and dining areas according to the hotel’s service standards.
  • Take and accurately relay guest orders to the kitchen or bar.
  • Serve food and beverages professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure tables, service stations, and dining areas are clean and well-stocked.
  • Maintain good knowledge of menu items to assist guests effectively.
  • Present bills and process guest payments according to hotel procedures.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, grooming, and professional conduct.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Service.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
