WAITER / WAITRESS

Job Summary:
The Waiter/Waitress will provide professional and attentive table service, ensuring guests receive a welcoming dining experience and their orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Respond to customer requests and provide recommendations when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged dining areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Process bills and payments accurately where required.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
