Waiter / Waitress
Job Summary
Provide attentive and professional table service while ensuring guests have an excellent dining and entertainment experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests and respond to their needs.
- Process orders through the appropriate systems.
- Maintain clean and properly arranged tables.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant, hotel, or lounge experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, attentive, and presentable.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
