Waiters & Waitresses – 4 Positions

Job Summary

The Waiter/Waitress will provide friendly, professional, and efficient food and beverage service while ensuring guests have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Communicate orders to the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and clear tables before and after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Process customer bills and payments where required.
• Respond to customer requests and complaints professionally.

Qualifications & Experience

• Certificate in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality is an advantage.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
