JOB DETAILS:
WAITERS / WAITRESSES
The Waiter/Waitress will provide friendly, efficient and professional service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customers’ food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about menu items and assist customers with their selections.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
- Respond to customer requests and concerns courteously.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
- Process customer bills and payments where required.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and customer service.
