New Restaurant is hiring now

Position: Waiter/Waitress
Salary: KSh 26,000 per month
Location: Kenya

Job Summary:
Waiters and waitresses will provide excellent table service, take customer orders, serve food and beverages, maintain clean dining areas, and ensure customers have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
• Present menus and explain menu items when required.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Check on customers during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other restaurant staff.
• Process or assist with customer bills and payments where required.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Good personal hygiene and presentation.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
