About the Institution
Anuba Sports Club is a premier entertainment, sports screening, and hospitality lounge situated in Kitengela. The establishment is seeking dynamic, energetic, and professional waitstaff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Role Overview & Scope
Waitresses at Anuba Sports Club will be responsible for taking food and drink orders, delivering orders promptly to tables, ensuring guest comfort, and maintaining dining/lounge area cleanliness during operational hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Table Service: Welcome guests, present food/beverage menus, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks promptly.
- Guest Care: Respond quickly to guest requests, answer inquiries about menu items, and ensure total customer satisfaction.
- Station Upkeep: Clear empty bottles and plates, wipe down tables, and ensure floor seating areas remain clean and orderly.
- Billing & Payments: Present accurate bills to customers and assist with payment processing.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- Age Eligibility: 30 years and below.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Waitress or Server in a lounge, restaurant, or entertainment venue is an added advantage.
- Core Attributes: Friendly personality, strong communication skills, physical stamina, and neat presentation.
