Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus, take orders, and communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and organized at all times.
  • Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
  • Process bills and coordinate with the cashier for payments where required.
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service standards.
  • Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Service, or a related field is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Health Certificate
