Waitress

Job Summary

The Waitress will deliver warm, efficient, and professional table service while ensuring guests receive excellent hospitality throughout their dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide information about meals and beverages.
• Take and accurately communicate customer orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Monitor tables and respond to guest needs.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
• Assist with setting up and clearing tables.
• Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and service procedures.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality or restaurant role.
• Excellent customer-care and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of table service and restaurant operations.
• Well-presented, courteous, and attentive.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
