Job Summary
NENE GREENS AFRICA is hiring a friendly and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent service to our guests. The successful candidate will ensure customers have a pleasant dining experience through attentive service, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to customer requests and provide assistance when needed.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Process payments and support smooth customer service operations.
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Good teamwork and reliability.
