Job Summary

The Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing professional and efficient food and beverage service. The role involves taking customer orders, serving meals, and ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Prepare and clear dining tables before and after service.
• Process customer bills and payments where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.

Minimum Qualifications

• Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort is preferred.
