JOB DETAILS:

THE ROLE:

A running Restaurant is looking for an enthusiastic, personable Waiter/Waitress to join their busy front-of-house team. They serve a creative menu of seasonal dishes, premium beverages, and a fully stocked bar – including craft cocktails, local beers, and an exciting wine list.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Take accurate orders for food, soft drinks, hot drinks, and alcoholic beverages
• Serve alcohol responsibly
• Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and support the team during rushes
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE):

• Previous serving experience (preferred but not essential – full training given)
• Knowledge of basic drink service (beer, wine, spirits) – or a willingness to learn fast
• A friendly, calm attitude under pressure, especially during busy service
• Legal age to serve alcohol (must be 23+)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
