Job Summary:
Waitresses and Waiters are responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve meals and beverages promptly
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas
