JOB DETAILS:

Position: Waitress
Industry: Hospitality / Restaurant

Job Summary:
The Waitress will provide excellent table service, attend to customer needs, serve food and beverages, and maintain a welcoming and professional dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist with seating.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Provide customers with information about menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Clear and clean tables and service areas.
• Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant.
• Coordinate customer orders with the kitchen and bar.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, appearance, and service.

Requirements:

• Previous hospitality or waitressing experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and customer-focused personality.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and attention to detail.
