Waitress
Job Summary

The Waitress will deliver quality food and beverage service while ensuring guests receive a welcoming and memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist them with seating.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and service stations.
  • Process bills and payments accurately.
  • Recommend menu items and daily specials.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally.
  • Support other team members during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service is preferred.

Skills
