Job Title: Warehouse Assistant
Salary Range: Kes. 20,000-24,000 (Gross)
About the Role:
MYDAWA is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join the team. The role involves ensuring fast, accurate order fulfillment and supporting smooth day-to-day warehouse operations in a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and stage customer orders
- Prioritize and efficiently process time-sensitive orders to meet first-delivery turnaround objectives
- Receive, inspect, and correctly store incoming stock, following all handling and storage procedures
- Verify product description, expiry date, quantity, and batch numbers against delivery documentation
- Maintain inventory accuracy
- Identify and escalate discrepancies, damages, or process bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and safety
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
