Key Responsibilities

Ensure 6S standards are consistently maintained within the warehouse (godowns).

Coordinate with helpers and casual workers to effectively allocate daily tasks.

Verify that the correct quantity and quality of materials are loaded onto trucks, ensuring SAP codes, color codes, and truck numbers match the waybills or delivery notes.

Provide proper guidance to truck drivers, loaders, and forklift operators to ensure smooth and efficient loading operations.

Liaise with the Assistant Manager to obtain final confirmation of materials loaded onto trucks.

Maintain strong coordination with the Production (Grading) department to ensure timely transfer of materials to the receiving area across all shifts.

Conduct thorough checks on SAP codes, color codes, quantities, and material quality, and promptly address any discrepancies in coordination with the Grading Manager.

Ensure inbound operations are well-coordinated and efficiently executed.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in warehouse operations. Preferably, Manufacturing Company.

Key Skills and Competencies

Fluent In Both Written and Spoken English.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and analysis applications

Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.

High Level of Integrity and Team Player

Self-motivated and can work under minimal supervision
