Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in a busy manufacturing environment. The role is responsible for ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of stock movements and maintain proper records in line with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize shortages, discrepancies, and stockouts.
  • Implement and enforce safety standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to support seamless supply chain operations.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports for management review.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years’ experience in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
