Coastal Bottlers Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities including inventory accuracy, supervise warehouse personnel, and guarantee timely operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and stock takes.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory variances and minimize stock losses.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate product loading and dispatch.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor warehouse staff performance.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.
  • Optimize warehouse efficiency, product handling, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
  • Manage product damages, returns, and expired stock in line with company procedures.
  • Prepare warehouse operational and inventory reports.
  • Collaborate with Commercial, Logistics, Business Transformation, and Finance teams.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Sound knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
  • Experience in SAP will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
