Background

We are seeking to recruit a Warehouse Teamleader to work in our PMC department.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse management.
  • Coordinate communication between warehouse staff and other departments.
  • Manage material storage, labeling, and protection according to company procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely receiving and dispatch of materials.
  • Issue materials according to the FIFO principle.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the SAP system.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and pest control.
  • Monitor expiry materials and report slow-moving or defective items.
  • Participate in company culture activities and complete assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or above in any related course.
  • At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management and material handling.
  • Experience with SAP or inventory systems is an advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, computer skills and a good communicator.
