About Us
Aryuv Agencies Ltd is a fast-growing distributor of FMCG products across Kenya. We manage multiple brands across food, beverages, and household categories, with a strong focus on efficient distribution and inventory management. We look for an experienced and detail oriented Warehouse / Store Manager to oversee warehouse operations, stock control, and system-based inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Monitor and approve the receipt, storage, and release of stock across all brands.
- Ensure safe custody of goods and proper storage in line with company SOPs.
- Oversee and coordinate all inbound and outbound stock movements.
- Ensure timely and accurate order preparation and dispatch to customers.
- Ensure warehouse processes operate efficiently and continuously improve performance.
Inventory & Systems (Odoo ERP)
- Manage inventory, stock movements, and sales ordering using Odoo ERP.
- Ensure all physical stock movements are accurately reflected in the system.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Generate inventory, sales, and movement reports from Odoo.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
Planning & Reporting
- Prepare daily and weekly warehouse plans to ensure adequate space, manpower, and equipment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly warehouse performance reports for management.
- Track and report on KPIs such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment, damages, and turnaround time.
- Escalate any operational issues, risks, or irregularities to management.
Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and archiving of warehouse records.
- Perform regular spot checks to ensure compliance with procedures and internal controls.
Supervision & Safety
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure tasks are carried out according to job roles and objectives.
- Monitor staff productivity and operational efficiency.
- Enforce health, safety, and security standards within the warehouse.
- Support implementation of company policies and follow up on incidents with relevant departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (Inventory & Sales modules preferred).
- Experience in FMCG distribution is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail.
