Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Be a Kenyan citizen;
• Have a Diploma or Craft Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Instrumentation and Applied Physics Or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
• Have relevant technical experience in handling, calibration, or maintenance of weighing and measuring equipment;
• Possess a Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution;
• Demonstrate technical competence, integrity, and ability to work under minimal supervision;
• Have good record-keeping and reporting skills;

Successful applicants are expected to get clearance from the following bodies.

• Credit Reference Bureau (CRB)
• Higher Education Loans Board (HELB)
• Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC)
• Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI)
