About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Wildlife Photographer to join our team. This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos of wildlife in their natural habitats, contributing to our conservation efforts and educational outreach programs.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute photographic expeditions to capture diverse wildlife species.
  • Operate and maintain camera equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Edit and process images and videos to produce compelling visual content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop visual narratives.
  • Adhere to ethical wildlife photography practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a wildlife photographer with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including DSLRs, lenses, drones, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
  • In-depth knowledge of wildlife behavior and habitats.
  • Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Ability to work independently and in challenging outdoor environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in wildlife photography.

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time position based in Nairobi, Kenya.
  • Travel to various wildlife reserves and conservation areas will be required.
  • A valid driver's license is an advantage.
