At TakaTaka Solutions, We collect your waste like every other waste collector, but, instead of taking it to a landfill, we take it to our own sites, where we sort the waste, and then recycle 95% either ourselves or through our local partners. This represents one of the highest recycling rates in the world.
Job Description:
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare and update preventive maintenance and repair schedules in collaboration with the workshop supervisor.
- Generate and close job cards for all maintenance and repair works.
- Track upcoming services and inspections using the company’s vehicle tracker
Documentation and Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, job cards, parts requisitions, and inspection reports.
- Update the vehicle maintenance tracker daily with completed and pending jobs.
- File all workshop documents systematically for audit readiness.
Procurement & Inventory Coordination
- Raise and follow up on spare parts and consumable requisitions.
- Work with procurement and stores to ensure timely availability of parts and consumables.
- Track usage of parts against specific jobs to control costs and reduce wastage.
Reporting & Budget Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on maintenance status, costs, and downtime.
- Support the Workshop Supervisor in compiling inputs for the workshop budget.
- Maintain expenditure records to track variance between planned and actual costs.
Compliance & Audit Support
- Keep inspection schedules updated and track NTSA or internal certification timelines.
- Ensure all maintenance documentation meets compliance and audit requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma/Vocational Training in Automotive Engineering.
- 1 year of experience in a workshop, fleet, or technical administrative environment.
- Basic Automotive Knowledge.
