Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring timely servicing and repair of vehicles
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of technicians and mechanics to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate workflow between the workshop and Aftersales department to optimize efficiency
  • Monitor productivity, turnaround times, and operational efficiency, implementing improvements where necessary
  • Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment to ensure availability and cost control
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and training to workshop staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health & safety standards.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in an automotive workshop, with proven experience in a management role
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities
  • In-depth technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
