Background

A logistics company located along Nairobi Mombasa road is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Workshop Manager to help manage its workshop operations.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all workshop operations and maintenance activities
• Provides hands on technical support in diagnosis, repair and maintenance of vehicles/equipment.
• Supervise mechanics and workshop staff to ensure quality workmanship and productivity.
• Ensure proper use and accountability of workshop tools and spare parts.
• Prepare and Maintain records, repair reports and service schedules.
• Coordinate with operations and management on vehicle/workshop performance.

Qualifications and requirements.

• Diploma in mechanical engineering or related field
• Proven hands on experience in workshop management and vehicle repairs
