JOB DETAILS:

Looking for an automotive job in Kenya? Vast Talents is recruiting a Workshop Operation Supervisor position. The salary for the role is Ksh 50,000 – 65,000 monthly. Proficiency in workshop management, automotive repair (SUVs & trucks), and team supervision is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily workshop operations and staff.
• Allocate jobs and ensure quality repairs.
• Monitor productivity and workshop performance.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• 7-10 years’ experience in automotive repair (SUVs & Trucks).
• 2-3 years’ experience managing a workshop.
• Valid driving licence with at least 5 years of active driving.
• Flexible to travel to branches.
• Experience in fleet workshops, dealerships, or commercial vehicle garages preferred.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
