JOB DETAILS:
Background
I am looking Workshop / Production Manager who is responsible for the end-to-end supervision of manufacturing operations, including planning, execution, quality control, capacity optimization, and safety. The role ensures products (BESS systems, LV/MV switchgear, control panels) are produced to OEM standards, OEM compliance, and customer specifications, while supporting seamless scale-up of the manufacturing line.
