Background

East Africa Market Development Associates (EAMDA) is seeking to recruit Youth Enterprise Coaches (YECs) for the Financial Inclusion for Youth and MSMEs in Agriculture (FIYMA) project.

Minimum Requirements

The minimum requirements for the Youth Enterprise Coaches (YECs) are as follows:

• Education: Bachelor's degree (degrees specified), graduated in 2020 or later.
• Certification: CPA Part 1 or higher.
• Residency: Current resident of the county of application.
• Age: 30 or under, with leadership potential.

Work Locations

The positions are available across 34 counties in Kenya, including:

• Nairobi Office Region: Kiambu, Murang'a, Nyandarua, Nakuru
• Eastern Region: Machakos, Makueni, Kitui
• Coast Region: Kilifi, Kwale, Taita Taveta
• Nyanza Region: Nyamira, Kisii, Kisumu, Siaya, Homa Bay, Migori
• Central Region: Embu, Meru, Isiolo, Nyeri, Kirinyaga, Laikipia
• North Rift Region: Nandi, Baringo, Trans Nzoia
• South Rift Region: Bomet, Kericho, Narok
• Western Region: Kakamega, Bungoma, Busia, Vihiga
• Marsabit Office: Marsabit

There are 3 YEC positions open per county. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
