Responsible for the production operations in the factory including production plan implementation, resource utilization and management of performance and output

Production Management: Schedule production activities, assign tasks, and monitor processes to ensure efficiency and meet daily production goals. Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and train production workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance measures to ensure products meet established standards and best practices. Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures, conducting training, identifying hazards, and ensuring adherence to regulations. Troubleshooting & Improvement: Identify and resolve operational problems, analyze workflows, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and prevent bottlenecks. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate material requirements for the production team. Reporting: Track and report on production performance, efficiency metrics, and other key data to upper management.

Supervision of the production process and Quality Assurance Systems. Requisition of production materials. Ensure that good manufacturing and hygiene practices are followed at all times. Preparation of the daily production reports.

University degree: B. Sc in Food Science and Technology. Computer literate-working knowledge of MS-Office. 2 years progressive working experience in FMCG firm. Experience in a Beverage processing plant.
