Summit HR & Marketing Consulting team brings more years of combined experience in human resources consulting, strategy and management. Our consultants become an integral part of your management team, providing hands-on assistance with a variety of human resource concerns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Help prepare and review expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Use accounting software such as Tally or QuickBooks for data entry and reporting.
  • Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and internal controls.
  • Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Minimum of 1 year of practical accounting experience,
  • Proficient in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis) and accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks.
  • Strong numerical ability and keen attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
