JOB DETAILS:
The Judicial Service Commission invites applications for nine (9) Adhoc Member (Advocate) positions in the Political Parties Disputes Tribunal. Members will adjudicate disputes arising under the Political Parties Act, ensuring impartial resolution and upholding democratic principles.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university
- Post-graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law or equivalent institution
- At least seven (7) years of post-admission experience
- Must not be a public officer or hold office in a political party
- Experience in alternative dispute resolution is an added advantage
- Compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution (leadership and integrity)

- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good temperament and judgment
- Commitment to public and community service
