Job Summary

Future Kenya Ltd is seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused Admin & Sales Support Assistant to support the company's daily office operations, sales activities and customer engagement. The successful candidate will assist with the smooth running of day-to-day office activities, including administration, documentation, customer communication, sales follow-ups, scheduling and coordination. The role also provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in sales, business development and the ERP/business technology industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with daily sales activities and coordination.
  • Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings, appointments and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects, customers and sales activities.
  • Assist with updating the company's CRM and sales pipeline.
  • Support lead generation and identification of potential customers.
  • Follow up on pending enquiries, quotations and proposals.
  • Conduct basic market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Provide general support to the sales team in achieving its objectives.

Daily Office Operations & Administration

  • Assist with the smooth running of daily office operations.
  • Receive and direct visitors and handle general enquiries professionally.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain office records, files and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and internal schedules.
  • Monitor routine office requirements and communicate any needs to management.
  • Assist with preparing reports, documents and presentations.
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Ensure the office remains organised and professional.
  • Assist in coordinating communication between management, staff, clients and business partners.
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the required timelines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Marketing, or Commerce.
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, sales support, customer service or a related role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Strong organisational and follow-up skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must currently reside in Nairobi.
