 Key Responsibilities
✓ Receiving and directing clients and visitors
✓ Answering and forwarding phone calls
✓ Data entry and verification
✓ Ensuring reception equipment is in working condition
✓ Scanning, mailing, and maintaining records
✓ Organizing digital and physical filing systems
✓ Maintaining office supplies

Qualifications
✓ Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
✓ Proficiency in MS Office
✓ 1–2 years of relevant experience

Skills and Competencies
✓ Ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision within a 24-hour shift schedule
✓ Excellent communication and telephone skills
✓ Customer service oriented
✓ Reliable, confident, and result-driven
