This is the entry and training grade for this cadre.
An officer at this level will work under the guidance of a senior officer.
Responsibilities or duties
Duties and responsibilities will entail:
- organizing replacement and maintenance of office equipment;
- ensuring general cleanliness;
- supervising security activities;
- Capturing data
- processing and follow-up of payments of all bills for common services.
- Maintenance of office equipment;
- Establishing networks and linkages with County Departments;
- handling public concerns and issues;
- overseeing occupational health and safety issues;
- promoting ethics and principles of good governance;
- analyzing and compiling data on recruitment;
- Conflict Managedment.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines:- Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science/Government or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution; and
- Certificate in computer application skills.
Experience needed
This is an entry and training grade, implying limited or no prior experience is required beyond the educational qualifications.
