Responsibilities or duties
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensuring that office furniture and equipment are maintained
- Overseeing daily and weekly cleaning of offices
- Receive, distribute, and keep inventory of office furniture
- Facilitate movement of employees to new workstations
- Issue tea accessories and other essentials to employees
- Replenish printing papers in the photocopiers
- Ensure that the offices and their environs are clean and orderly all the time
- Ensure clean drinking water and refreshments for employees is provided.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mails, parcels, and bulky goods within the company
- Ensure reprographic equipment, telephones and shredders are in good working condition
- Facilitate payment of utility bills
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Facilities Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
- Must be Prepared to serve anywhere in any of the business areas in Kenya
- Ensuring that office furniture and equipment are maintained
