Responsibilities or duties
The jobholder will be responsible for providing executive support to the CEO and offer HR and Administrative Support in the office.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
For appointment to this job, the candidate must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good planning, coordination, and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and quality focus.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented.
Experience needed
At least two (2) years' relevant experience in administration, executive support, or human resource support.
Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)
Membership to the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) or a relevant professional body will be an added advantage.
- Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO, HR function, and management team.
- Coordinate office administration activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support HR administrative processes including staff records management, onboarding coordination, leave tracking, and training logistics.
- Receive, record, and distribute official correspondence, packages, and documents.
- Organize meetings, prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Manage office supplies, filing systems, and general office records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and schedules for the CEO’s office.
- Handle telephone calls, visitor reception, and stakeholder enquiries professionally.
- Support internal and external communication with staff, clients, and service providers.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining office administration and HR procedures.
- Handle administrative requests and provide general office support to staff and management.
