Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock replenishment, receiving and verifying deliveries, conducting reconciliations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting stock takes and audits.
  • Process customer orders by preparing quotations, invoices, delivery notes, courier documentation, coordinating order picking and dispatch, and resolving order fulfilment issues.
  • Provide customer service by responding to inquiries, handling complaints and returns, processing credit notes, and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Coordinate pricing and procurement support by preparing quotations for consumables, spare parts, and services while liaising with technical teams and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and timely follow-up.
  • Maintain branch administration and reporting by preparing stock reports, updating inventory and customer records, supporting debtor follow-ups, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and effective use of business systems.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration, warehouse administration, or operations administration.
  • Hands-on experience using an ERP/inventory management system.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrated experience in inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
