- Must have graduated from University, College or TVET in possession of a Degree, Diploma or any recognized professional qualification in their relevant field.
- Fashion Design and Cosmetology Technician- Certificate in Cosmetology Level 5 Be a Kenyan youth below 34 Years of age.
- A certificate of good conduct.
