JOB DETAILS:
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Operator to deploy, monitor, and optimise AI systems in real-world client environments. This is a great opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, operations, and client engagement in a fast-growing global team.
What You’ll Do
- Deploy and operate AI models in live client environments
- Monitor system performance and optimise model accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues and improve responsiveness
- Collaborate with global teams to adapt AI workflows to local needs
- Support client onboarding and translate technical insights into business value
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and local regulations
- Provide feedback to improve AI products and workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in AI operations, ML support, or data engineering (or strong technical learning ability)
- Strong communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and AI/ML tools
- Comfortable working with model monitoring and deployment platforms
- Adaptable, resourceful, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
