Job Summary

An established FMCG company is seeking experienced and results-driven Area Sales Managers to oversee sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage distributor and retail performance within assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Manage and grow distributor and key account relationships
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate sales teams within the assigned area
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management within the FMCG sector
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions
  • Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
