Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or its equivalent from a recognised institution;

A Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Development, or a related course;

Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP-K) and registration with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) in good standing;

Proficiency in computer applications (HR Information Systems), strong leadership, and communication skills.

Experience needed

At least 12 years of work experience, with 3 years at a senior management level; and

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
