Farmer’s Choice is seeking a highly competent and detail oriented assistant feed mill production manager to support the efficient operation of the feed mill. The role combines production management and technical quality oversight to ensure the manufacturing of high-quality, safe, and compliant animal feed.

The successful candidate will assist in managing daily mill operations, ensuring adherence to feed formulations, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement across production, safety, and maintenance functions.

• Knowledge of feed safety and GMP standards.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Experience needed

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in feed mill production or related manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of feed manufacturing processes, raw materials, and quality standards.
• Experience in production planning, inventory management, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in record-keeping and basic data analysis.
