Our client is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Sales to drive revenue growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and lead high-performing sales teams across assigned territories.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sales leader with strong experience in dealer development, channel management, field sales, and ATL/BTL marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Build and strengthen dealer and distributor networks while expanding market coverage.
Lead, coach, and manage Sales Executives across multiple locations to deliver exceptional performance.
Plan and execute Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing campaigns and field promotional activities.
Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
Prepare sales forecasts, monitor performance, analyze market trends, and recommend corrective actions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in sales, business development, or channel management.
Proven experience managing sales teams across multiple regions.
Strong background in dealer development, channel management, and field sales.
Experience planning and executing ATL & BTL marketing activities.
Excellent customer relationship and key account management skills.
Additional Requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel within assigned territories as required.
